THe couple married civilly on 6th July 2017 in Hanover’s New Town Hall and was conducted by the mayor of Hanover, Stefan Schostok. The Religious Wedding took place on 8th July 2017 in the Hanover Market Church at which the former Landesbischof of the Evangelical-Lutheran Church of Hanover, Horst Hirschler, presided. The couple have two children.
