Born Pamela Carmen Louise on 19th April 1929 in Barcelona, The Kingdom of Spain to Louis and Edwina Mountbatten.
She married David Hicks (25th March 1929-20th March 1988) on 13th January 1960 at Romsey Abbey in Hampshire and have 3 children Edwina, Ashley and India.
