She married His Royal Highness Prince Richard of Gloucester on 8th July 1972 at St Andrew’s Church, Barnwell, Northamptonshire.
The Most Noble Order of The Garter is an order of chivalry founded in 1348 by Edward III and is the most senior order of knighthood in the British Honour System.
She was created a Lady Royal Companion in 2024 by His Majesty King Charles III.
