Born Anne-Marie Dagmar Ingrid on 30th August 1946 to Frederick and Ingrid, The Crown Prince and Crown Princess of Denmark later Their Majesties Frederick IX and Ingrid, The King and Queen of Denmark.
In 23rd January 1963 her engagement was announced to Constantine II, The King of Greece.
He married Her Royal Highness Princess Anne Marie of Denmark on 18th September 1964 in a Greek Orthodox ceremony in the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens was conducted by Chrysostomos II, Archbishop of Athens and All Greece.
