Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall’s 73rd Birthday

Royal response from Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall on the occasion of her 73rd birthday.

Born Camilla Rosemary Shand on 17th July 1947 at King’s College Hospital, London to Major Bruce and Rosalind Shand. She married firstly Andrew Parker Bowles 4th July 1973 in the Guards Chapel, Wellington Barracks in London. Their divorce was finalised in March 1995. They had 2 children, Tom and Laura.

On 9th April 2005 she married His Royal Highness Charles, The Prince of Wales in Windsor Guildhall in the town hall of the town of Windsor. They have been married since and she is known as Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall, The Duchess of Rothesay and The Countess of Chester.

The reply is in the form of a photocard which on the front bears a picture of Her Royal Highness reading a book, All Change by Elizabeth Jane Howard, taken on the steps of Birkhall on Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, the photo was released to announce Her Royal Highness’s reading list. On the reverse is a message thanking me for remembering her birthday and an autopen signature of Her Royal Highness.
