Born Princess Sophie in Bavaria (later Duchess Sophie in Bavaria, Princess of Bavaria) on 28th October 1967 in Munich, a daughter of Their Royal Highnesses Prince Max and Princess Elisabeth, The Duke and Duchess in Bavaria. She married His Serene Highness Alois, The Hereditary Prince of Liechtenstein on 3rd July 1993 at St. Florin’s in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. The couple have 4 children; 3 sons and 1 daughter.
Upon her marriage The Principality of Liechtenstein recognised and retained her Title and Style of Royal Highness meaning she is Her Royal Highness The Hereditary Princess of Liechtenstein.
