Felipe VI, The King of Spain’s 53rd Birthday

Royal response from His Majesty The King of Spain on the occasion of his 53rd birthday.

Born Felipe Juan Pablo Alfonso on 30th January 1968 at Our Lady of Loreto Nursing Home in Madrid, Spain to Their Royal Highnesses The Prince and Princess of Asturias. 

Felipe became The King of Spain on 18th June 2014 upon the abdication of His Father King Juan Carlos I of Spain.

The reply is in the form of two letters in Spanish thanking me for my birthday wishes and also included is a portrait of His Majesty.

Translation

Dear Sir,

His Majesty The King has received, with great appreciation, the kind congratulations that, on the occasion of his birthday, you has been kind enough to direct him, and he entrusts me to send you his message of thanks, together with his kindest greetings. In response to your request, by indication of His Majesty, and with great pleasure I send to you an official photograph of His Majesty The King, which I hope will be to your liking.

I take this opportunity to send to you a cordial greeting.

Letter Two

Translation

From The Head of House of His Majesty The King,

Fulfilling greatly the commission of His Majesty The King, transferring to you in his name, his affecting thanks for your warm words of congratulations that you have addressed him on the occasion of his birthday.
