His Royal Highness Prince Charles is second in line to The Throne of The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
The reply is in the form of a card which on the front bears the Crest of The Royal Family of Luxembourg, inside is a picture of His Royal Highness Prince Charles which was released on his 1st birthday and a message in Luxembourgish and French thanking me for my good wishes on his 1st birthday.
