The card is in the form of a card which on the front is the joint monogram of Their Royal Highnesses The Prince and Princess de Asturias and inside features a picture of of Their Royal Highnesses The Prince and Princess de Asturias with their children Infanta Leonor of Spain and Infanta Sofia of Spain, in front of a portrait of Infanta Margareta Teresa in a Peach Dress by Deigo Velázquez, 1654 and a message in Spanish and English and the printed signatures of Their Royal Highnesses.
