Born Constantine on 2nd June 1940 in Athens, Kingdom of Greece to Their Royal Highnesses Paul and Frederica, The Crown Prince and Crown Princess of Greece later Paul and Frederica, The King and Queen of Greece.
He married Her Royal Highness Princess Anne Marie of Denmark (Born Anne-Marie Dagmar Ingrid on 30th August 1946 to Frederick and Ingrid, The Crown Prince and Crown Princess of Denmark later Their Majesties Frederick IX and Ingrid, The King and Queen of Denmark) on 18th September 1964 in a Greek Orthodox ceremony in the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens was conducted by Chrysostomos II, Archbishop of Athens and All Greece.
The couple had five children;
Princess Alexia of Greece and Denmark born 10th July 1965. m Carlos Morales Quintana on 9th July 1999 and have 4 children.
Pavlos, The Crown Prince of Greece born 20th May 1967. m Marie-Chantal on 1st July 1995 and have 5 children.
Prince Nikolaos of Greece and Denmark born 1st October 1969. m Tatiana Blatnik on 25th August 2010.
Princess Theodora of Greece and Denmark born 9th June 1983.
Prince Philippos of Greece and Denmark born 26th April 1989. m Nina Flohr 13th December 2020.
He reigned as King of Greece from 6th March 1964 to 1st June 1973 when the Monarchy was abolished and Greece was created a republic. He was Head of The Royal House of Greece until his death when he was succeeded by his son His Royal Highness The Crown Prince of Greece.
His Majesty passed away on 10th January 2023 in Athens, Greece.
