Royal response from His Majesty The King on the passing of Her Majesty Elizabeth II, The Queen.
Born Elizabeth Alexandra Mary on 21st April 1926 at 17 Bruton Street, Mayfair to Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of York later Their Majesties King George VI and Queen Elizabeth. On 6th February 1952 Her Royal Highness became Queen and took the Regnal name of Elizabeth II.
On 20th November 1947 she married His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh at Westminster Abbey, London. They have four children together, three sons and one daughter; Charles, The Prince of Wales born 14 November 1948, Anne, The Princess Royal born 15 August 1950, Prince Andrew, The Duke of York born 19 February 1960 and Prince Edward, The Earl of Wessex born 10 March 1964.
Elizabeth II, The Queen of; Antigua and Barbuda; Australia; The Bahamas; Belize; Canada; Grenada; Jamaica; New Zealand; Papua New Guinea; Saint Kitts and Nevis; Saint Lucia; Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; Solomon Islands; Tuvalu; The United Kingdom.
Her Majesty was also Duke of Lancaster, Duke of Normandy(Channel Islands), Lord of Mann (Isle of Mann). These titles stay the same no matter of its King or Queen.
Her Majesty sadly passed away on 8th September 2022 at 3.10pm BST at Balmoral Castle in Aberdeenshire in Scotland.
