Royal response from His Majesty The King of Spain on the passing of his aunt Her Royal Highness Infanta Pilar, Duchess of Badajoz, Viscountess of la Torre. Her Royal Highness was the eldest daughter of Infante Juan Carlos, Count of Barcelona and Princess María de las Mercedes de Borbón-Dos Sicilias y Orléans, Countess of Barcelona and is the older sister of King Juan Carlos of Spain. Her Royal Highness married Don Luis Gómez-Acebo y Duque de Estrada, 2nd Viscount of La Torre, Grandee of Spain on 5th May 1967 and had 5 children, one daughter an dfour sons.
