Born Sarah Maria Luisa Valentina Lorenz on 12 February 1981 in Munich to Holger Lorenz and Constance Neuhann.
Education
She went to school in Prutting and Soechtenau as well as in Munich.
She graduated from Sevenoaks School in Kent, England with the International Baccalaureate.
She studied at the “Institut für Geschichte und Ethik der Medizin” of the “Munich Technical University”, and completed her medical diploma in 2007.

Wedding
She married His Serene Highness Alexander, The Hereditary Prince of Isenburg civilly on 14th June 2014 in Stucco Hall of Birstein Castle. On 12th July 2014 they married in a religious ceremony in the monastery church Frauenwörth on the Fraueninsel in Chiemsee. His Excellency the Auxiliary Bishop of Fulda, Prof. Dr. Karlheinz Diez.
