Lady Henrietta Spencer-Churchill, The Duchess Podcast Letter

Response from Lady Henrietta Spencer-Churchill in response to a letter I sent on her featuring on Her Grace The Duchess of Rutland’s The Duchess Podcast.

Lady Henrietta features on the episode 3 of the podcast and speaks about the history of The Spencer-Churchill/Marlborough Family, her story as someone who grew up as a aristocrat and on an Estate, and the history of Their Seat of Power, Blenheim Palace.

Lady Henrietta was the youngest child and only daughter of Their Graces John and Susan(first wife, born Susan Hornby) Spencer-Churchill, The 11th Duke and Duchess of Marlborough and is a sister of His Grace James Spencer-Churchill, The 12th Duke of Marlborough.

Blenheim Palace has been home and The Seat of The Dukes of Marlborough since 1722 when it was completed. The lands and title were granted to The Family by Queen Anne and Sarah, The Duchess of Marlborough was a courtier and favourite of The Queen.

The reply is in the form of a card which has a handwritten message by Lady Henrietta thanking me for my kind letter on her episode of The Podcast.
