Catherine, The Princess of Wales Biography

Born Catherine Elizabeth Middleton on 9th January 1982 at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading to Michael and Carole Middleton. She has two sibling; Pippa and James. 

She was christened on 20th June 1982 at St Andrew’s Bradfield, Berkshire.

Engagement

Catherine became engaged to His Royal Highness Prince William of Wales on October 2010 and it was announced on 16th November 2010.

Wedding

She married His Royal Highness The Duke of Cambridge on 29th April 2011 in Westminster Cathedral, London. The Dean of Westminster, John Hall, officiated for most of the service, with Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury, as celebrant of the marriage and Richard Chartres, the Bishop of London, preaching the sermon.
