He was christened on 21st December 1984 by Robert Runcie, The Archbishop of Canterbury at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle. His godparents are His Royal Highness Prince Andrew, The Duke of York, Lady Sarah Chatto, Carolyn Bartholomew, Bryan Organ, Gerald Ward and Celia, Lady Vestey.
Engagement
His Royal Highness Prince Henry of Wales became engaged to Ms Meghan Markle, which was announced on 27 November 2017.
Wedding
On 19th May 2018 in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle he married Ms. Meghan Markle. David Conner, The Dean of Windsor conducted the service with Justin Welby, The Archbishop of Canterbury performing the marriage ceremony. The sermon was delivered by The Most Reverend Michael Curry, presiding bishop and primate of the Episcopal Church.
